There will be a lot of changes in retail now in days. Retail is the things which changes daily..but after COVID it's gona totally changed ,
Customer are not fluent as earlier, it's not easy for a retailer to get their repeat customers.
We need to work on this by keeping some points in mind.
Below are the points.
1@- Customer Service:- If customer is coming all the way at your retail outlet then you need to think about his/ her. You have to give a best customer service to your customer. So your customers can feel that you are also waiting for them.
2@- Home Shopping:- Home shopping is another tool to get touch with customers, for that you have to keep all saifty instructions mind.
3@- Bulk order :- Find out the customer who purchased in bulk from you, make a list of their choice and call them.
4@- Motivate your tram :- Team who is working for you motivate them and tell them how to work in this penadamic situation.
