KRA( key responsibilities area ) of a Sales staff

 Hi friends,👋

After a long time I thought to write something about KRA( key responsibilities area ) , so today I want to discuss about the KRA of a store sales staff , where in retail language we called them CSA, RE, FA but I am using very basic Language which is Sales staff..

So let's not time to go.. first we understand who is sales staff?

1. Sales staff is our frontend worries. Who serve the customer and fulfill their need.

2. Sales staff are the person whom we train and develop for next leaval.

3. Sales staff are those who sacrifice their happiness for their duties.

So in retail what are the KRA for sales staff .

1. Hygiene and Grooming:- Now in days this is one of the main and strong KRA for sales team or our frontend team.

2. Presentable:- Sales staff should be presentable, it means sales staff should be in proper uniform or the dress code which he is wearing should be neat and clean. Hair should be comb and proper cut , no extra nails and no bad smell , no chewing on the duties time.

3. Proper knowledge of their products:- Sales staff will be knowledgeable about their products or what ever they are selling, Sales team should be proper knowledge about the products features, advantage and benifits.

4. Time punctual :- A sales staff should be time punctual, what is the value if time he/she should understand. Timely go to your job can release you timely from your Job.

5. Discipline:- Discipline is another tool to help the progress path of any Retail executive or sales staff. He/she should understand the power of discipline.

6. Should be aware about his/her zone:- In our retail store there are some fix zone are fixed for every sales staff , so one of who has any of zone he/she should aware about each and every thing. Like how much inventory is displayed in his/her zone, how much inventory is left over in stock , what is the sell thru of his /her zone, what are the top selling article in his/her zone. What are the lowest selling article in his/her zone.

So these are the main KRA of a Sales staff where each and every of sales staff should understand and follow that.
