KRA of a Stock assist

 Hi team , Welcome back in my new blog ,  Today we will discuss about the KRA of a Stock assist guy..or in retail language somewhere it's called stock boy/ BOH assistant.  So hear are some KRA for same .  1@- Responsible for all BOH work :-  BOH ( back of house) stock room work are like to set up all stock which we have in BOH , proper category wise , gender wise and size wise setup of stock .  2@- Track all In & Out:- Whatever is the situation without stock boy knowledge stock should not move at any given time.  3@- Refilling and Replacement:- All stock which is on the floor need to refill time to time , so it's stock boy responsibility that  each and every stock need to fullfill , if the stock in cut size or not in proper size set should not be displayed on shop floor.  4@- Audit & Global count :- weekly and monthly count of stock is also a responsibility of stock boy , he should have proper stock knowledge about placement of stock ...

 Hi Team , Welcome back on my blog 🙏,  Today we will discuss about the KRA of a cash desk executive or cashier . So below are the maain KRA of a Cashier.  Cashier is the main and a key person in retail store , where his duty is at cash desk , where every customers comes after shop from the store , so cashier first thumb rule is cashier should have always a smile face and welcoming eye contact.  Cashier need to keep all records ready related cash and other transition at any given time.  Cashier need to keep all numbers on finger tip ,while asking by senior cashier need to submit the same.  Cashier need to keep all contacts ready or maintain a Excel/ diary for emergency use.  Cashier should be good in Excel work and paper work .
